Shipping and Returns Policy

Overview

At SKYTEE Co, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with our products and services. Below is our return and refund policy to guide you through the process:

Cancellation

  • Because all orders are Made-to-Order, cancellations are only accepted within one hour of placing your order.  After that, the order has passed into the production phase and can not be canceled.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted on the Order Request page by providing your order details and request type.  

Shipping

  • SKYTEE Co currently ships exclusively within the United States.  Please check back in the future for shipping updates.
  • During holidays, please expect delays as the number of orders can be slightly higher than usual, however, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
  • Shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days for standard shipping (USA domestic orders). Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 15 days.
  • Please understand that if a shipment is returned by the carrier due to false address or no persons to accept the package, the shipping costs and order costs are non refundable. In such a case, please contact us directly to arrange a solution.

Returns

  • Returns are available for up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.
  • Before returning an item, you must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team on the Order Request page by providing your order details and request type.  

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns must be shipped to the designated returns address provided when the RMA is issued.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to several weeks to be processed once the return is received and inspected.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately on the Order Request page.
  • We will be happy to replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
